Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to every subscription and service of HuisLens ("HuisLens").

1. The service

HuisLens provides insulation companies with a periodic list of addresses of homes that are likely still uninsulated, derived from government registers and professional data sources, per municipality and per category.

2. Exclusivity

Per municipality and per category we sell the subscription to exactly one client. While your subscription for a municipality and category is active, we do not deliver that same combination to another company.

3. Price and payment

The monthly price depends on your chosen municipalities and categories and is shown in the configurator. Payment runs through our payment provider Mollie and is paid monthly in advance. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Term and cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled monthly. Cancel by email at contact@huislens.nl; we then stop your subscription. After cancellation the subscription runs until the end of the current billing period.

5. Use of the data

You may use the delivered lists solely for your own addressed advertising ("to the residents of") and door-to-door outreach. Resale, transfer to third parties and use for telemarketing are not permitted.

6. Availability and liability

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date lists, but give no guarantee on conversion or on the number of addresses. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the relevant month, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms. We announce material changes in advance by email.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Den Bosch.
